The CMT2300A is an ultra-low-consumption, high-performance OOK, FSK, MSK, GFSK and GMSK transmitter-receiver for various wireless applications from 213 to 960 MHz.
Thanks to high-level integration, CMT2300A simplifies external nomenclature. Power up to 20 dBm Tx and sensitivity of -120 dBm optimize the performance of the RF link. It supports multiple formats of data packets and data encoding/decoding engines, and meets the data format requirements of different applications.
The CMT2300A operates with a power voltage of 1.8 to 3.6V. It consumes only 6.9 mA of power while offering a reception sensitivity of 120 dBm and consumes only 300 nA in standby condition, making it an ideal solution for battery-powered applications. The 13 dBm transmission consumes only 27 mA.
