The SM-C93 module at SMARC® REL. 2.1 is compatible with Intel® ATOM® X6000E and Intel® Pentium® and Celeron® N and J processors (formerly Elkhart Lake).
This is the first SECO SMARC module specially designed to ensure functional safety of safety systems (FUSA). Compliant IEC61508 and ISO13849
