Digi One SP and Digi One IA - Ethernet / Serial 1 port conversion

The Serial Port Over Ethernet Family Digi One SP, Digi One SP IA and Digi One IAPprovides highly reliable network connectivity for virtually any type of serial device, all in a very compact package. They are characterized by low latency, transmission speeds of up to 230 Kbps and allow hardware and "full modem" control.
These serial-to-Ethernet solutions are ideal for data communications, RTUs, PLCs.

The Digi One SP has one of the smallest form factors available at a very low cost while theDigi One SP IAand Digi One IAP are DIN rail compatible, Modbus compatible and multi-connection,

There is also a ruggedized 1-port server version for hazardous locations and / or extreme temperatures (Digi One IAP Haz).


All of these servers support a wide range of protocols such as telnet or reverse telnet, using serial tunneling, UDP / TCP connections or Digi's patented RealPort port forwarder: RealPort allows existing applications to communicate, without modification, with serial devices over Ethernet as if they were communicating through a serial cable.
