MATLOG undertakes to inform its customer in the event of unavailability of the ordered product, deferred delivery or price difference.

We do not apply a minimum order, but our current "Transport" packages including handling fees and order preparation apply to each delivery.

Any order over 5,000 Euros excluding tax can no longer be canceled or modified within 3 weeks before the delivery date provided by the seller or requested by the buyer.

 

4 / Force majeure

5 / Price

The prices in force are those appearing on our website www.matlog.com. The prices of our products are given for information only, they are understood to be unitary (except in specific cases), and are expressed before tax (excluding tax) and including tax (including all taxes) excluding participation in preparation and shipping costs. In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product (s). Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. 6 / Shipping costs and delivery time of the equipment

The products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. Any order recorded requires an average delivery time of 2 to 7 working days subject to stock availability and depending on the choice of carrier. Please note: delivery by carrier implies that you are present at the delivery address the next day or even the day after shipment. 7 / Transport insurance

8 / Return of material

Any complaint must be reported to us within 8 days of the date of receipt of the products. However, no return of goods can be made without our prior agreement materialized by the allocation of an "RMA" return number. If accepted on our part, the equipment must be returned to us in its original packaging accompanied by the purchase invoice and an explanatory letter as well as the return number "RMA" assigned during the agreement of return.
