MATLOG undertakes to inform its customer in the event of unavailability of the ordered product, deferred delivery or price difference.

We do not apply a minimum order, but our current "Transport" packages including handling fees and order preparation apply to each delivery.

Any order over 5,000 Euros excluding tax can no longer be canceled or modified within 3 weeks before the delivery date provided by the seller or requested by the buyer.

6 / Shipping costs and delivery time of the equipment

The products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. Any order recorded requires an average delivery time of 2 to 7 working days subject to stock availability and depending on the choice of carrier. Please note: delivery by carrier implies that you are present at the delivery address the next day or even the day after shipment. Any complaint must be reported to us within 8 days of the date of receipt of the products.
